Coordinator

Adrean Grant

Adrean has 13 years of childcare experience, 7 of which have been at FPC. She loves the joy and energy of toddlers, but also enjoys the nurturing moments spent with babies. Adrean first started working at FPC Mothers Morning Out as the baby room assistant. She is also the FPC Nursery Coordinator, a church Deacon and Youth Advisor. Outside of her professional role, Adrean enjoys camping, cooking, and spending quality time with her large family of 8 plus 2 cats, Bugsie & Opal. Her dedication to FPC shows in the care she provides for PDO & the children who attend.

Assistant Coordinator

Brittany Dugas

Brittany brings 10 years of experience working with preschool-aged children, with a particular focus on supporting toddlers as they explore and learn. She cherishes the moments when toddlers light up with joy, whether through a favorite book or a familiar face. Brittany believes every day provides opportunities for children to make connections and grow in their understanding of the world around them. Her genuine passion for early childhood development is complemented by her degree in Child Development. Outside of her professional life, Brittany enjoys interior design, visiting local coffee shops, and watching women’s sports in her free time.

Baby Room Lead

Aleigha

Aleigha is a dedicated Baby Room Lead with 8 years of experience working with children, particularly newborns to 24 months. She excels in establishing routines for young babies, ensuring a smooth transition into childcare. With a background in both nursing and early childhood care, Aleigha combines her knowledge with a passion for early childhood development. Her expertise in building strong foundations for babies’ emotional and physical growth makes her an invaluable member of our team.

Eleana

Eleana is a dedicated professional with experience in working with children ranging from newborns to 5 years of age. She is skilled in supporting children of all ages and abilities, with a strong passion for fostering their care and wellbeing. Eleana takes a hands-on approach to her work, ensuring that each child receives the personalized attention they need to thrive while celebrating their milestones and achievements. Currently, Eleana is pursuing her studies at Kennesaw State University (KSU), where she continues to expand her knowledge and skills.

Cheryl

With 43 years of experience in early childhood education, Cheryl specializes in working with children from infancy through toddlerhood. A valued member of the FPC church family for many years, she has taught preschool, Sunday School, and served as a volunteer for Vacation Bible School.

Big Kid Room Lead

Grecia

With over 10 years of diverse experience working with children of all ages, Grecia brings a compassionate and empathetic approach to her role. Her extensive experience, combined with her bilingual skills in English and Spanish, allows her to effectively connect with children and families from a variety of backgrounds. Grecia is passionate about giving back to her community, both locally in Georgia and internationally. She actively volunteers with a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children in her home country of Peru.

Kayla

Kayla is the newest member of the FPC PDO team, bringing 6 years of experience in early childhood education. She has a passion for working with children ages 6 months to 2 years old and finds joy in watching them grow and interact with the world around them. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys painting, reading, playing sports, and spending time with friends and family.

Michelle

Michelle has 3 years of experience working with both babies and toddlers. She finds joy in the unique challenges and rewards that come with caring for children of all ages. Known for her patience and kind demeanor, Michelle strives to connect with each child individually to foster a nurturing environment. As a bilingual professional, she is passionate about supporting students by using their native language in educational settings.
